摘 要:将脱墨污泥通过适当的无机酸处理,降解了脱墨污泥中的碳水化合物,探究酸预处理后污泥在400℃、600℃、800℃下的热解产物特性。研究发现脱墨污泥酸预处理后热解,易释放可高效利用的以甲烷为主的烃类气体,且热解温度为400℃时液相产物以酚类化合物为主。经分析研究说明墨污泥经酸预处理后,在大量碳水化合物发生降解的同时保留了木素,从而将热解重点转变为对木素的热解,简化了后续热解产物的精炼提纯过程,提高了脱墨污泥热解产物的综合利用效率。After inorganic acid treatment,the carbohydrates in the deinking sludge were degraded. The characteristics of the acid-treatment sludge pyrolysed at 400℃,600℃,800℃ were investigated. The hydrocarbon gas,mainly methane,was easily released,and the phenolic compounds were predominant in the liquid phase when the pyrolysis temperature was 400℃. The results showed that a large mount of carbohydrates were degraded while lignin was reserved after acid treatment,then the lignin was pyrolysed,which simplified the process of refining and purification,then the comprehensive utilization efficiency of pyrolysis products of deinking sludge was improved.
