有机肥对砂梨果品及矿质营养含量的影响

摘　　要：连续5年比较施用鸡粪、蚯蚓粪、羊粪及菜籽饼4种有机肥对砂梨品种秋荣(Pyrus serotina Akiba)果实品质和矿质元素含量变化的影响。结果表明:施用蚯蚓粪显著诱导果实氮、磷和钾3种元素含量的增高,施用菜籽饼则导致果实铁和锰2种元素含量比其他有机肥处理增高1倍左右,4种有机肥处理虽然对果实还原糖以及葡萄糖、果糖和山梨糖醇含量未见显著影响,但对果实蔗糖含量以及果实硬度、可溶性固形物和甜度值有不同的影响。The effects of chicken manure,wormcast,sheep fillers and rape seed cake used as manure five years on the quality and content changes of mineral nutrition in fruits of sand pear cultivar Akiba（Pyrus serotina cv.Akiba） were compared in this article.The results showed that：contents of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in fruits were raised significantly by applying wormcast,and using rape seed cake could increase contents of iron and manganese in fruits about twice as high as other manure fertilized.Although there were no significant differences in content changes of reducing sugar,glucose,fructose and sorbitol in fruits,different effects on sucrose content,soluble solids,firmness and sweetness value of fruits were found among the four kinds manure treatments.
