摘　　要：多发性脂肪瘤归属"痰核""肉瘤"范畴,为脾失健运,痰湿内生,气血凝滞,蕴于皮下。痰湿阻络日久,可致血瘀。祛瘤汤:胆南星15g,陈皮10g,白芥子、半夏各15g,穿山甲、皂角刺、三棱、莪术各10g,乳香、没药各5g。痰湿阻络,包块多发,瘤体较小,泛布周身,串串如珠,单用祛瘤汤;肝气乘脾,包块多发,瘤体较小,质稍硬,有触痛,合逍遥散;痰湿夹瘀,多病期较长,包块多发,瘤体较小,质地较韧,有刺痛,合桃红饮;气虚痰湿,多病期较长,包块多发,瘤体较大,质软如棉,基地较宽,无触痛,喜温喜按,伴少气懒言,体倦乏力,精神疲惫,合香砂六君子汤。附脾虚痰湿内停多发性脂肪瘤验案1则。Multiple lipomas belongs to ＂nuclear＂ phlegm ＂sarcoma＂ category, because the spleen health delivery, phlegmy wet endogenous, Qi and blood freeze, accumulate in the subcutaneous. phlegmy wet resistance winding day long,can cause blood stasis. quliu decoction： bile nanxing 15 g. orange peel 10 g. semen brassicae 15 g. pinellia ternata 15 g. manis pentadactyla 10 g. rhizoma sparganii 10 g. curcuma zedoary 10 g.frankincense 5 g. myrrh 5 g. phlemy wet winding resistanse, bag piece multiple, tumors had smaller, pan over him,such as strings of beads, single anticancer decoction; spleen Qi, multiple tumor mass, small matter,slightly hard, tenderness, and Xiaoyaosan; phlegm and blood stasis, sick period, abdominal mass hair, smaller tumor size, texture and tough, tingling, Taohong decoction; Qi deficiency and phlegm dampness, and sick over a long period of time, mass of multiple, larger tumor, soft cotton, wide base, without tenderness, thermophilic hi press, with less lazy, tired body fatigue, mental fatigue. And the curative effect of Six Gentlemen decoction.1 cases of multiple lipoma complicated with spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness retention.
