电针治疗功能性消化不良方法及机理研究概况

摘　　要：功能性消化不良(FD)病因及发病机制尚未系统阐明,多以增进胃肠运动,内脏感觉调节剂,抗焦虑等药物治疗。FD病机错综复杂,常以外邪侵犯、情志失和、饮食不节、机体虚弱等导致木失条达,肝脾不和,气机失调,中焦痞满不通。电针治疗已广泛应用,在辨证论治同时加电针激发经气,可有效促进中药吸收,包括单一电针、联合方药、联合西药等,可影响胃动力学、胃肠激素、调节神经体液系统、调节内脏敏感性、改善心理情绪,远期疗效更为恒定,且复发率低。未来当注重科学、经济、有效的大样本实验研究,深层次探讨发病机制。Functional dyspepsia（FD） etiology and pathogenesis has not been systematically clarified, most to promote gastrointestinal movement, visceral sensation regulator, anti-anxiety drug treatment, etc. FD pathogenesis is complicated, often in invaded assault, mood bad,diet not festival, the body weak article etc leads to wood, such as the liver and spleen, disorder of Qi activity, medium the new full impassability. Electric acupuncture has been widely used, the french side in syndrome differentiation and treatment, medicine and electric acupuncture stimulates the bullishness of at the same time, which can effectively promote the absorption of Chinese medicine, including single electric acupuncture, combined the formulas, combined western medicine etc,it can affect gastric dynamics, gastrointestinal hormone, regulating neurohumoral system,regulate visceral sensitivity, improve the psychological mood, the long-term curative effect is more constant,and the recurrence rate is low. The future when attention to scientific, economic and effective large sample study, discussed the pathogenesis deeply.
