摘　　要：新疆"一带一路"战略实施推进为新疆高职院校发展带来了新机遇,同时也带来了新的挑战。新疆高职教育作为促进区域经济发展的重要推手,要求新疆高职院校充分认清"一带一路"对人才培养的新要求,加快改革步伐,通过政府、企业和学校等主体的全方位互动,注重高职院校发展的国际化、教育的文化包容性以及对学生创业创新能力的提升,进一步提高自身教育办学水平,打造自身特色以充分发挥高职教育功能,履行好时代所赋予的历史使命和责任,为新疆"丝绸之路经济带"核心区建设提供人才支撑。The ＂The Belt and Road＂ strategy not only has been brought new opportunities to the development of higher vocational colleges, but also brought new challenges. Higher vocational education is an important force to promote regional economic development. The vocational education shall clearly meet the new requirements of the Belt and Road for talents training, accelerate the pace of reform, pay attention to the cultivation of students＇ international vision cross cultural literacy and innovative ability through muhi -party cooperation mechanism of the government, enterprises and schools, further improve the level of education in higher vocational colleges in Xinjiang, and create its own characteristics in order to give full play to the function of higher vocational education and provide talent support and intellectual support in Xinjiang so that ＂The Belt and Road＂ strategy can play well its own role to promote the historical mission entrusted by the times.
