摘　　要：随着现代信息技术的普及与应用,一方面青年大学生网络侵权与网络犯罪呈现增长趋势,另一方面,青年大学生对自身在网络中受到侵害的防御和保护意识尚有不足。面对青年大学生网络犯罪的激增,依法治网成为实现依法治国的重要途径。培养大学生信息安全意识和网络安全观,是营造清朗互联网环境、构建和谐社会的必然要求。With the popularization and application of information technology, on the one hand, young college students network infringement and cyber crime have been going up, on the other hand, young college students are lacking of defense and protection consciousness when their rights are violated. In the face of dramatic increase about young college students cyber crime, governing the network by law is an important way to achieve rule of law. To establish a clear network environment and build a harmonious society, cultivating college students＇ information security awareness and network security concept is essential.
