摘  要:结合三维平台实验装置,利用CNC USB controller硬件和软件,研究并实践了一台基于USB口的雕刻机实验平台。完成对物体的虚拟加工仿真、NC程序的自动生成和实物加工等整个过程,通过实践丰富了教学方法与手段,更让学生在实际动手中,增强了兴趣,提高了数控技术等学科的教学质量。Combined with the three - dimensional platform experimental device, the use of CNC USB Controller hardware and software, a carving machine experiment platform which was based on the USB port has been researched and practiced. Completed the object's virtual machining simulation, automatic generation of NC program and material processing, through the practice to enriche the teaching methods and means. And students' practical ability is also increased. The teaching quality of numerical control technology is also improved.
