高等学校药学实验室试剂和药品安全管理实践

摘　　要：为探索药学实验室试剂与药品安全管理的相应措施,保证药学实验实训的安全、有序、有效开展,该文采用个案研究法,结合天然药物化学课程"槐米中芦丁的提取、分离及鉴定"实验的教学实践,研究药品试剂管理举措。实践证明,通过药学实验室药品试剂管理过程中对风险评价标准等管理制度、安全教育内容、过程监督机制、实验教学评价机制等内容进行创新,通过事前风险布控、事中风险监控、事后风险检控进行全方位管理,保证了药学实验教学的安全有序进行。In order to explore the corresponding measures of Pharmaceutical laboratory reagents and drug safety management, to ensure the safe, orderly and effective conduct of pharmaceutical experiment traing. This article uses a case - study method, combined with the teaching of natural medicine chemistry course ＂Extraction, Separation and Identification of Rutin from Sophora japonica＂ ex- periment to study the drug reagent management initiatives. Practice has proved that through the pharmacy laboratory pharmaceutical re- agents and drug management innovations included risk assessment standards, supervision mechanism, safety education content, ex- periment teaching evaluation, etc. Through the pre-risk management and control, risk monitoring in events, risk - based prosecution after the omni - directional management to ensure the safe and orderly pharmacy experiment teaching.
