摘 要:以船舶制造企业供应链成本控制为目的,以船舶制造企业供应链构成及特点分析为切入点,将物流管理影响船舶建造成本的因素分析法贯穿于研究之中,旨在从采购、生产及销售3个方面对船舶制造企业物流成本进行优化管理,并提出对船舶制造企业的供应链成本控制策略。文章探究了建立企业物流管理机制与体制,保证物流管理的有效运行,同时阐述了以高效的物流系统协调生产,减少物资在各环节的滞留时间、缩短船舶制造周期,最终实现降低物流成本,提高企业效益的方法。The purpose of this paper is to control the cost zing the structure and characteristic of ship manufacturing of the supply chain of shipbuilding enterprises, by analyenterprises in the supply chain as the breakthrough point, the analysis of logistics management factors affecting the cost of shipbuilding cost is carried out in the whole study. The paper aims to optimize the logistics cost of ship manufacturing enterprises from three aspects of procurement, production and sales, and put forward the strategy of supply chain cost control for shipbuilding enterprises. This paper probes into the establishment of enterprise logistics management mechanism and system of enterprise, so as to ensure the effective operation of logistics. In addition, the paper expounds the efficient logistics system for coordinating production, reducing the residence time of material in every link, shortening the manufacturing cycle of ships, ultimately reducing the logistics cost and enhancing the enterprise benefit.
