摘　　要：餐饮业油烟废气危害人民身体健康,并对城市大气污染的贡献日益上升,而国外目前用于处理餐饮油烟废气的净化技术不适用于国内。餐饮油烟废气的净化技术分为物理法、化学法和生物法,应用较多的为化学法。日后餐饮油烟废气净化领域不仅要技术创新,还需要政府的监督和管理。Cooking fume exhaust gas has endangered the health of the people, and it ~s contribution to urban air pollution is increasing,while abroad for processing of cooking fume exhaust gas purification technology and domestic is not applicable, catering oil fume purification technology is divided into physical method, chemical method and biological method, widely used for chemical method. The day after the catering oil smoke purification field not only technological innovation, but also need the government＇s supervision and management.
