摘　　要：溶血磷脂酰胆碱酰基转移酶1(lysophosphatidylcholine acyltransferase 1,LPCAT1)是一种参与脂质复杂代谢过程的重要酶,其广泛存在于动植物,具有酰基转移酶和乙酰转移酶活性。它由Lpcat1基因编码,蛋白质定位于内质网、高尔基体等细胞器。近年来随着对其结构、功能及表达调控的研究不断深入,发现其参与肺泡表面活性物质合成,并与多种肿瘤、视网膜变性、神经系统疾病等许多疾病相关。本文主要就LPCAT1与疾病的研究进展作一综述。Lysophosphatidylcholine acyltransferase 1（LPCAT1） is an important participant in lipid metabolism. It is an enzyme with acyltransferase and acetyltransferase activity, and widely exists in animals and plants. LPCAT1 encoded by the Lpcat1, and mainly located in the endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi apparatus. Recent years, more and more studies about the structure, function and regulation of LPCAT1 were reported, and LPCAT1 was found participated in the synthesis of the pulmonary surfactant, the development of several tumors, retinal degeneration, nerve system disease and many other disorders. In this review, we summarize recent studies on LPCAT1 and diseases.
