口服普萘洛尔治疗婴幼儿血管瘤疗效的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:评估口服普萘洛尔治疗婴幼儿血管瘤的临床疗效和安全性。方法:对确诊为血管瘤的18例婴幼儿采用口服普萘洛尔(2.0 mg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1),分2次口服)治疗;每4周复诊1次,拍照观察血管瘤的大小、质地、颜色变化;根据Achauer标准进行疗效评价。结果:口服普萘洛尔6~9个月时,疗效Ⅰ级(差)0例,Ⅱ级(中)1例,Ⅲ级(好)8例,Ⅳ级(优)9例:出现腹泻1例,余无不良反应。结论:口服普萘洛尔治疗婴幼儿血管瘤疗效好,安全性高,值得在临床应用。Objective： To investigate the efficacy of propranolol in the treatment of infantile hemangiomas（IHs）. Eighteen cases of IHs were treated with oralpropranolol in the hospital. Changes in size, texture, color of the hemangiomas were observed at 4 weeks interval.The results were evaluated by using Achauer＇ s system. Results： The mediation duration was 6-9 months. The overall response was grade Ⅱ in 1 patients, grade Ⅲ in 8 patients and grade Ⅳ in 9 patients. 1 patients was observed mild diarrhea. Conclusions：The study indicates that oral propranolol is effective and safe in treating IHs.
