摘　　要：目的:基于变应性鼻炎临床病症特点,对目前现有的变应性鼻炎模型特点进行归纳分析。方法:通过整理分析中西医对变应性鼻炎的诊断标准及临床表现,总结变应性鼻炎动物模型的特点及造模方法,根据临床诊断标准及症状特点,对现有动物模型与临床症状的吻合程度进行探讨,明确其优缺点及应用前景。结果:变应性鼻炎动物模型造模方法多样,在一定程度虽反映了变应性鼻炎临床病症特点,但缺少能反映变应性鼻炎中西医特点的病症结合动物模型,无法充分体现变应性鼻炎中西医病因的动物模型。结论:探索能进一步反应变应性鼻炎临床病症特点,体现变应性鼻炎中西医病因,复制出能更加吻合临床病症特点的动物模型是今后的发展方向,为促进变应性鼻炎的防治提供可靠的模型。Objective： Based on the characteristics of clinical symptoms of allergic rhinitis,the characteristics of the existing allergic rhinitis animal models was analyzed. Methods： To analyze the diagnostic criteria and clinical manifestations of allergic rhinitis in traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and to summarize the characteristics and methods of animal models of allergic rhinitis. According to the clinical diagnostic criteria and characteristics of the symptoms,the degree of agreement between the existing animal models and clinical symptoms was discussed. Advantages and disadvantages and application prospects were also discussed. Results： Allergic rhinitis animal model methods,although in some degree reflect clinical symptoms of allergic rhinitis,but it is lack of animal models which can reflect characteristics of allergic rhinitis in traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,and which can not fully reflect the TCM and Western medicine etiology of allergic rhinitis. Conclusion： To reproduce the animal model which has more consistent clinical symptoms and reflect the traditional Chinese and Western medicine etiology of allergic rhinitis,is the future direction of development,and it provides a reliable model to promote the prevention and treatment of allergic rhinitis.
