摘　　要：加拿大的义工文化具有悠久的历史渊源,而且已成为其教育文化的重要组成部分。今天,加拿大各省教育主管部门对学生做义工都有具体的要求与相应的奖惩措施。全社会褒奖和支持学生做义工的风气,以及比较成熟的义工制度,使义工这种蕴含教育意义的社会文化,在培养学生服务社会、积极奉献等良好品质的过程中,发挥着重要作用。The volunteer culture in Canadian education system has a long history. Canadian provincial education department has specific requirements and corresponding rewards for students doing volunteer. Volunteer is one part of the educational contents. Training students good moral character plays an important role in the whole society by support student volunteer. The whole society has formed a system to support student volunteer. Different fields of jobs provide the conditions for student volunteer actively. Today,volunteer has become a kind of culture possesses educational meaning.
