药学专业开设生物工程概论课程设置及教学实践

摘　　要：根据药学专业学生的基础理论知识构成以及药学发展应用对生物技术的需求,开设了生物工程概论这门专业选修课。结合药学专业学生自身特点,通过对课程内容进行有选择性且详略得当的讲解,联系实际应用及最新科学研究动态,以板书与PPT结合讲授为主,课堂讨论及翻转课堂为辅的教学方式,调动学生自主能动性,激发学生兴趣。同时采用多元化的考核方式,完善教学评价体系,使教学质量得以提高,为本课程教学的有效实施提供一定的参考。According to the basal theoretical knowledge composition of pharmaceutical students and the requirement for biotechnology during the pharmaceutical development, the professional elective course of bioengineering introduction was set up.Combined with the professional characteristics of pharmaceutical students, it is an effective way to motivate the students ’ independent activities and interests by teaching the contents selectively and reasonably detailed, connecting the actual application and the latest trends in science research, and teaching methods gave priority to dictation using PPT and blackboard-writing and combine auxiliary discussion and flip class. Meanwhile, diversified examining modes were used to improve the teaching evaluation and the quality of teaching, so as to provide certain reference for the effective implementation of the course teaching.
