中医外治法联合卡泊三醇软膏治疗老年静止期银屑病临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合外用法治疗老年静止期银屑病的临床疗效。方法将77例老年静止期的银屑病患者随机分为治疗组(47例)和对照组(30例)。对照组患者单纯予卡泊三醇软膏外涂治疗,治疗组患者在对照组治疗的基础上结合中药浸泡,治疗8周后比较2组的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率80.85%(38/47)较对照组总有效率63.33%(19/30)明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后PASI评分较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低明显(P<0.05)。结论中药浸泡联合卡泊三醇软膏外涂治疗老年静止期银屑病疗效较好。Objective To observe the effect of Chinese herbal medicine combined with Western medicine external application in the treatment of elderly patients with psoriasis in quiescent stage. Methods Seventy-seven elderly patients with psoriasis in quiescent stage were randomly divided into two groups. The control group（30 cases） was given calcipotriol ointment, and the treatment group（47 cases） was given TCM infusion on the basis of the control group for 8 weeks. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group（80.85%） was significantly higher than that of the control group（63.33%）（P〈0.05）. The PASI scores of the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment（P〈0.05）, especially in the treatment group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chinese herbal medicine infusion combined with calcipotriol ointment has good therapeutic effect on elderly patients with psoriasis in quiescent stage.
