西酞普兰联合中药郁乐方治疗对于抑郁症的HAMD、HAMA、MADS评分及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨西酞普兰联合中药治疗对于抑郁症的HAMD、HAMA、MADS评分及安全性等影响。方法将2013年1月~2015年12月来我院接受治疗的156例抑郁症患者纳入本研究。按照入院顺序抽签后随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组:西酞普兰联合中药治疗。对照组:西酞普兰治疗。观察患者临床疗效。结果实验组治疗总有效率为89.74%,高于对照组的69.23%(P<0.05);实验组治疗后HAMD、HAMA、MADS评分低于治疗前和对照组治疗后(P<0.05);对照组治疗后HAMD、HAMA、MADS评分低于治疗前(P<0.05)。实验组治疗后血清皮质醇、NE水平低于治疗前和对照组治疗后(P<0.05);对照组治疗后血清皮质醇、NE水平低于治疗前(P<0.05)。实验组治疗后PFP-5-HT水平低于对照组治疗后(P<0.05);对照组治疗后PFP水平高于治疗前(P<0.05)。实验组不良反应总发生率为16.67%,和对照组28.21%对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论西酞普兰联合中药治疗抑郁症,效果较好,患者HAMD、HAMA、MADS评分较低,血清皮质醇、PFP-5-HT、NE水平控制较好,安全性较好,临床应用价值较高。Objective To explore the influence on the scores of HAMD, HAMA, MADS and safety for the patients with depression by citalopram combine with Chinese traditional medicine. Methods 156 cases of patients with depression were randomly divided into experiment group and control group, the experiment group were treated by citalopram combine with Chinese traditional medicine, the control group were treated by citalopram. The clinical effects were observed. Results The total effective rate in the experiment group （ 89.74 % ） were higher than that in the control group （69.23 % ）（P〈0.05 ）; The scores of HAMD, HAMA, MADS in the experiment group after treatment were lower than before treatment and after treatment of the control group （P〈0.05）; The scores of HAMD, HAMA, MADS for the control group after treatment were lower than before treatment （P 〈 0.05 ） ; The levels of serum eortisol, NE for the ex- periment group after treatment were lower than before treatment and after treatment of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）; The levels of serum cortisol, NE for the control group after treatment were lower than before treatment （P 〈 0.05 ）; The levels of PFP-5-HT for the experiment group after treatment were lower than after treatment of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）; The levels of PFP-5-HT for the control group after treatment were higher than before treatment （ P〈 0.05 ）; There had no significant difference on the adverse reactions for the two groups （P 〉 0.05 ） . Conclusion It has good clinical effects for the patients with depression by citalopram combine with chinese traditional medicine, it has high values of clinical application.
