急性缺血性卒中伴发抑郁障碍患者的脑功能核磁共振成像研究

摘　　要：目的探究急性缺血性卒中伴发抑郁障碍患者的脑功能核磁共振成像特点。方法采用回顾性分析的方法,将2014年8月~2016年8月在我院接受治疗的20例急性缺血性卒中伴发抑郁障碍患者作为病例组,并将同期在我院进行常规体检的20名健康者作为对照组,对病例组及对照组患者进行常规MRI及rsfMRI扫描,采集图像,主要包括矢状位T1WI、轴位T1WI等以及rsfMRI图像等,对病例组与对照组的局部一致性进行比较分析。结果与正常对照组相比,病例组的双额上回内侧、左颞下回、左顶下小叶以及右小脑ReHo呈现出显著降低趋势(P<0.05),统计学有意义;而病例组的右枕叶中部、双楔叶及距状沟的ReHo则显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05),统计学有意义。结论脑功能核磁共振成像技术能够检测出急性缺血性卒中伴发抑郁障碍患者多个脑区功能异常,具有较高的临床价值。Objective To explore the characteristics of brain functional magnetic resonance imaging （ MRI ） in patients with acute ischemic stroke complicated with depressive disorder. Methods Twenty patients with acute ischemic stroke associated with depressive disorder who were treated in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2016 were enrolled in this study. A routine medical examination was conducted in our hospital during the same period. Of the 20 healthy subjects as the control group, the patients and the control group of patients with conventional MRI and rsfMRI scan, collected images, including sagittal T1WI, axial T1WI and rsfMRI images, etc. , the case group and the control group of local Consistency for comparative analysis. Results Compared with normal control group, the cases of double amount last time inside, left temporal gyrus, left hat with lobular and right cerebellum ReHo showed signifi- cantly decreased （ P〈0.05 ）, statistically significant; In the case group, the rehos were significantly higher than the normal control group （ P〈0.05 ）, which was statistically significant. Conclusion Functional magnetic resonance imaging （mri） technique of the brain is able to detect the abnormal and clinical value of multiple brain regions in patients with acute ischemic stroke.
