心理护理对自然分娩产妇产后抑郁症状、功能恢复及母乳喂养的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨心理护理对自然分娩产妇产后抑郁症状、功能恢复及母乳喂养的改善作用。方法选取我院2014年5月~2016年5月收治的自然分娩产妇80例,依据随机数字表法将这些产妇分为心理护理组(n=40)和常规护理组(n=40)两组,对两组产妇的产后抑郁症状、功能恢复及母乳喂养情况进行统计分析。结果心理护理组产妇中产后出现抑郁症状的比例以及严重程度均优于常规护理组(P<0.05);出血发生率,产后24h出血量,子宫三径之和显著低于常规护理组(P<0.05);胃肠功能恢复时间和开奶时间显著短于常规护理组(P<0.05);母乳喂养成功率显著高于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论心理护理能够有效改善自然分娩产妇的产后抑郁症状,促进产后躯体的功能恢复,提高母乳喂养的陈功率。Objective To investigate the effect of psychological nursing care on postpartum depression symptoms, functional recovery and breast feeding of puerpera with natural childbirth. Methods 80 cases of puerpera with natural childbirth who were treated in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected for this research, these maternities were divided into the psychological care group （ n=40 ） and the routine care group （ n=40 ） according to the random number table method, the postpartum depression, functional recovery and breast feeding of natural birth maternity between the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results In the psychological nursing group, the proportion and the severity of depression symptoms were better than those of the routine nursing group （P 〈 0.05 ）; The incidence of bleeding, the 24h postpartum hemorrhage and the three-path of uterus in the psychological nursing group were signifi- cantly lower than those in the routine care group （P 〈 0.05 ）; The time of gastrointestinal function recovery and topening milk were significantly shorter than those in the routine care group （P 〈 0.05 ）; the breast feeding success rate was sig- nificantly higher than that of the routine care group （P〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion Psychological nursing care can be better to improve postpartum depression sympotoms, and promote the physical functional recovery, also increase the rate of breast feeding of puerpera with natural childbirth.
