瘤段切除酒精灭活回植术治疗肱骨软骨肉瘤:1例报告并文献复习

摘　　要：软骨肉瘤是一种常见的恶性骨肿瘤,其治疗方法有截肢术与保肢术两种。本文报道1例肱骨软骨肉瘤患者行瘤段切除酒精灭活回植术的结果,随访12月,未见肿瘤复发及转移。讨论肱骨恶性肿瘤的治疗方法和适应症等,以期对软骨肉瘤保肢手术的治疗提供更多的参考。Chondrosarcoma is a common malignant bone tumor, and the treatment methods include amputation and limb salvage surgery.The paper reported a case of humerus chondrosarcoma treated with alcohol inactivated autograft replantation. The patient was followed up for 12 months, with no recurrence and metastasis of the tumor. The treatment and indications of malignant tumors of humerus were analyzed to provide more reference for the clinical treatment of chondrosarcoma.
