摘  要:目的 利用已有三维有限元模型,分析预置不同转矩角度弓丝对前牙移动趋势的影响.方法 在建立的三维有限元模型中,模拟弓丝预置转矩(9°、13°、17°),并模拟单纯腭侧加力及颊腭侧同时加力两种情况滑动法关闭牙间隙,分析不同转矩及加载力值组合下,前牙三维方向上的移动趋势,求得最适预置转矩.结果 1.建立了预置转矩三维有限元模型.2.预置转矩弓丝转矩角度加大对前牙移动趋势的影响:预置9°正转矩,最大位移位于侧切牙远中,数值为0.194E-3mm;预置13°正转矩,最大位移位于侧切牙远中,数值为0.384E-3 mm;预置17°正转矩,最大位移位于侧切牙远中,数值为0.575E-3 mm.3.腭侧加力1.50N,预置9°正转矩,最大位移位于尖牙切缘近中,数值为0.501E-3 mm;预置13°正转矩,最大位移位于尖牙切缘近中,数值为0.559E-3 mm;预置17°正转矩,最大位移位于尖牙切缘近中,数值为0.628E-3 mm.4.颊侧加力1.00 N+腭侧加力0.50N,预置9°正转矩,最大位移位于尖牙牙尖略偏近中,数值为0.340E-3 mm;预置13°正转矩,最大位移位于尖牙牙尖略偏近中,数值为0.499E-3 mm;预置17°正转矩,最大位移位于尖牙牙尖略偏近中,数值为0.689E-3 mm.结论 预置转矩弓丝对于个体化舌侧矫治器滑动法关闭拔牙间隙阶段前牙的转矩影响不尽相同;无论采用何种加力方式,关闭拔牙间隙阶段,为了达到良好的的前牙转矩控制均需要使用预置转矩弓丝进行关闭拔牙间隙.当使用颊腭侧同时加力时,切牙应使用9°~13°的预置正转矩弓丝才能实现良好的切牙转矩控制.Objective 3D finite element model was used to analyze the influence of the torque preset arch wire on the movement of the anterior teeth.Methods 9°,13°,17°,torque preset arch wire with palatal-only or palatal-buccal combined force loading systems were simulated on the 3D FE model,then the movement tendency of anterior teeth with sliding mechanism was analyzed.Results 1.The 3D finite element model of a torque preset arch wire was established.2.The effects on the movement of the anterior teeth with the increase of torque were as following:With 9° positive torque,the largest movement was in the distal part of lateral incisor,and the distance is 0.194E-3 mm.With 13° positive torque,the largest movement was in the distal part of lateral incisor,and the distance is 0.384E-3 mm.With 17° positive torque,the largest movement was in the distal part of lateral incisor,and the distance is 0.575E-3 mm.3.The effects of different torque combining palatal 1.50N force were that:With 9° positive torque,the largest movement was in the mesial part of canine incisal edge,and the distance is 0.501E-3 mm.With 13° positive torque,the largest movement was in the mesial part of canine incisal edge,and the distance is 0.559E-3 mm.With 17° positive torque,the largest movement was in the mesial part of canine incisal edge,and the distance is 0.628E3 mm.4.Theeffects of different torque combining buccal 1.00N force and palatal 0.50N force were that:With 9°positive torque,the largest movement was in the mesial part of canine cusp,and the distance is 0.340E-3 mm With 13° positive torque,the largest movement was in mesial part of canine cusp,and the distance is 0.499E-3 mm.With 17° positive torque,the largest movement was located in mesial part of canine cusp,and the distance is 0.689E-3 mm.Conclusions The effects on the torque of the anterior teeth by using different torque preset arch wires was different.In order to achieve good torque control,the torque preset arch wire should be used in the stage of space closure by sliding
