摘 要:首先,从种植、加工、贸易等方面分析我国胡椒生产及科研现状和国际地位;其次,从品种培育、栽培模式、区域布局、产品加工、市场销售及竟争力等方面探析产业发展制约因素;最后,提出种质资源创新利用、高产与高抗新品种选育、复合栽培及水肥药一体化等节本增效创新发展措施,以促进我国胡椒产业可持续健康发展。The production, research and international position of the black pepper industry in China were analyzed from the aspects of planting, processing and trade. Some constraints for the black pepper development in China were analyzed in terms of variety breeding, cultivation pattern, regional layout, product processing, marketing and competitive force. Some innovative development measures that reduced cost and increased profits were put forward to promote the healthy development of the black pepper industry in China. These measures included innovative utilization of germplasm resources, breeding and selection of new varieties with high yield and high tolerance of stresses, mixed cultivation, and integrated management of water, fertilizer and pesticides.
