摘　　要：分析国内外塑封器件潮湿敏感度评级的相关标准,并结合具体器件及已有的试验方法,整理相关测试内容。依据器件详细规范进行评级试验,整理分析该器件试验前后的电参数。结果表明,该方法对塑封器件潮湿敏感度分级非常有效,且这些试验并未对塑封器件造成损伤。Analyzes domestic and international standards of devices moisture sensitivity rating of plastic packaging, and combined with specific devices and the existing test methods, organizes related test content, and on the basis of device detail specification for rating test, analyzes electrical parameters before and after the device test. The results show that this method is very effective for moisture sensitive classification of plastic packaging devices. These tests do not cause damage to plastic packaging devices
