摘 要:目的研究硅锆涂层对氧化锆基底与饰面瓷结合强度的影响。方法通过CAD/CAM制作二氧化锆瓷片,分为两组,A组为常规烧结处理组,B组经过硅锆涂层处理后烧结组。两组按照堆瓷步骤堆塑饰面瓷后再次烧结,完成标准剪切试件的制作。通过扫描电镜观察两组涂瓷前表面形态,万能测试机检测瓷体间结合强度。结果 A组剪切结合强度为(25.26±1.35)MPa,B组的剪切结合强度为(29.63±1.59)MPa,t检验方差分析表明,两组的结合强度差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论在氧化锆基底进行硅锆涂层增加了氧化锆基底与饰面瓷的结合强度,在临床上具有可行性。Objectives To study the effect of silicon zirconium coating on the bonding strength of zirconium oxide substrate and veneer porcelain. Methods The zirconia tiles made of CAD/CAM were selected into two groups,group A for the conventional sintering group,and group B treated with silicon zirconium coating and sintered. Both groups were sintered after the veneer porcelain was made by the steps of stacking porcelain. The production of standard shearing test pieces was completed. The surface morphology was observed by scanning electron microscopy,and the bonding strength of porcelain body was tested by the universal tester. Results The shear bonding strength of group A was( 25. 26 ± 1. 35) MPa,and that of group B was( 29. 63 ± 1. 59) MPa. The variance analysis of t-test showed that the strength differencebetween the two groups was significant( P 〈0. 01). Conclusions The zirconia coating could increase the bonding strength between the zirconia substrate and the veneer porcelain. It is clinically feasible.
