摘　　要：TSG N0001—2017《场(厂)内专用机动车辆安全技术监察规程》于2017年6月1日正式实施。然而新规程中部分条文在执行过程中存在较大争议,笔者对新规程中反映较大的条款,如叉车的定义、三区域的界定以及个别难以实施的技术条款进行分析,并提出修改建议。TSG N0001： 2017 ＂Special Purpose Motor Vehicles in Defined Fields Safety and Technical Supervision Regulation＂ was formally implemented from June 1, 2017. However, there are great disputes in the implementation of some provisions of this new regulation. The author analyzes the larger controversial clauses, such as the forklift definition, definition of three regional and some unfeasible technical term, and puts forward suggestions for amendment.
