摘  要:为了降低天然气田产能管网的建设投资,实现气田高效益、低成本生产开发,针对辐射-枝状组合式管网的网络特征,将布局障碍、管网拓扑结构参数和管道设计参数统筹考虑,建立了障碍条件下气田集输管网整体布局优化数学模型,提出了粒子群算法和分级优化方法优势组合的新型高维求解算法,实现了布局优化数学模型全局优化求解。实例计算表明,所构建的模型和算法有效,相较于分别开展管网拓扑布局优化和参数优化所得方案,管道总长减少5.53%,总建设投资减少8.47%。Aiming at decreasing the construction investment of pipeline network of the natural gas field and achieving high efficiency and low cost production there as well as considering the network character of radiationbranched gathering and transportation pipeline network,the layout obstacles,pipeline network topology parameters and pipeline design parameters,a mathematical model for overall layout optimization of gas gathering and transportation pipeline network under the layout obstacles was established to propose a new high-dimensional hybrid optimization algorithm which has the advantages of particle swarm optimization(PSO) and hierarchical optimization combined to obtain the global solution of the overall layout optimization's mathematical models.The calculation examples indicate that,the proposed mathematical model and algorithm are effective. By comparing the layout scheme obtained by the optimization method proposed in this paper with the scheme obtained by the topology layout optimization method and the parameter optimization method,respectively,the total length of the pipeline can be reduced by 5. 53% and the total investment in the construction reduced by8. 47%.
