摘　　要：胃镜下生物球囊减肥术又称为胃内球囊减肥术，通过注入生理盐水或空气等，占据部分胃容积，从而使患者进食量减少，胃排空延迟，饱腹感增强的一种无创、可逆、低成本的安全减肥方式。本文主要对近年来应用不同类型的胃内球囊及对治疗肥胖所取得的进展进行综述。Use of a BioEnterics intragastric balloon is a noninvasive, repeatable, low-cost, and safe method that can help in weight reduction. Injection of substances such as saline or air into a part of the stomach leads to a reduction in food intake and delays gastric emptying. This article aims to introduce the clinical application of different types of balloons and summarize the progress in treating obesity.
