摘　　要：目前我国高校新生入学后普遍存在不同程度的学业压力变化、人际关系复杂、自我管理不足、理想与现实难以平衡等诸多适应性心理问题。在剖析高校新生生活、心理状态及问题诱因的基础上,对心理辅导在适应性教育中的作用和策略进行研究。研究表明:通过心理测评筛查、心理约谈辅导、心理健康教育与入学教育的结合及开展心理辅导活动,是新生适应性心理困难的重要解决途径,有助于帮助高校新生快速适应大学生活。There are many adaptive psychological problems of the college freshman,such as academic pressure,complex interpersonal relationship,slack self-management,and the imbalance between ideal and reality.This paper analyzes the problems and reasons in the school of college freshmen and their psychological station,and puts forward the role of psychological counseling in adaptive education and the concrete strategies.The results show that psychological assessment and screening,interview counseling,the combination of psychological education and freshman orientation,and psychological counseling activities are vital solutions to the freshman adaptive difficulty.These developments are conducive to help the freshmen get used to college life.
