摘　　要：伦理道德剧《东堂老》演绎于元末杂剧舞台,既折射出商人阶层在经济社会中地位的提升,也改变了以往对其"重利轻义"的道德评判。剧中对儒商李实重信然诺、挽救引导富家子弟善行义举的演绎褒奖,不仅打破了固有的重儒轻商观念,也为当下的子女家庭教育提供了有益的鉴戒。The ethical drama（Dong Tang Lao） interpreting of the stage in the late of Yuan Dynasty, It reflects both the upgrading status of merchant class in social society, but also changed materialistic values of moral judgements in the past. In the play, scholar businessman Li Shi is a man with integrity and pledged to save rich kids, this deed to be highly praised and honored, Not only broke the established traditions of special attention to scholar and less attention to business, but also provided a beneficial lesson for current children＇s education.
