摘　　要：利用2013年CHARLS数据,分析了家庭养老和社会养老及其不平等程度对于农村60岁及以上老年人健康的影响。实证发现:家庭养老和社会养老均对老年人健康有明显的正向促进作用,具体表现在:相比社会养老对健康的边际效应,家庭养老的边际效应更强;相比家庭养老和社会养老对躯体健康的影响,二者对精神健康的影响更为显著;无论是基于基尼系数还是泰尔指数测算的家庭养老和社会养老不平等指标均对老年人健康有明显的负向影响。随着新农保政策的推进,社会养老保障老年人健康的地位日益凸显,伴随产生的老年人养老金收入不平等问题值得进一步关注。Using 2013 CHARLS data,this paper focuses on the analysis that how family pension,social endowment and inequality affect the health of the elderlyin 60-year-old or above in rural areas. The results show that family pension and social endowment have significant role in promoting the health of the elderly,specifically,compared to social endowment,the marginal effect of family endowment is stronger in terms of both mental and physical health. Comparing the two influences on body health,there is a more significant influence on mental health. The inequality indexes,whether it is based on the Gini coefficient or Thayer index of family and social endowment,have obviously negative influence on the elderly health. With the development of new agricultural insurance policy,the status of social endowment protection for the elderly is becoming increasingly prominent,but the additional problem is that the elderly pension income inequality is worthy of further attention.
