摘　　要：高校学生社团是丰富校园文化的重要载体,目前社团的法治建设和管理手段不够完善,社团功能得不到充分发挥。故探析社团的法律地位并在依法治国的背景下提出切实可行的发展对策具有极其重要的意义。Student associations in college are important carriers of enriching college culture. At present,their law construction and management means are not complete, and their functions don＇t play fully.Therefore, in the context of the rule of law, imploring their law position and proposing practical development strategy are of great importance.
