福建高校仪器设备运营问题初探——基于马克思资本运营理论的分析

摘　　要：马克思的《资本论》是一部市场经济理论,它全面、系统、科学地揭示了市场经济运行的一般原理和基本规律,完整地体现了马克思的资本运营思想。当前,在高等教育经费投入不足和高校资产使用效率低下的前提下,本文立足于福建高校仪器设备的运行实际,以马克思资本运营理论为指导,从运行层面上分析了福建高校仪器设备的现状,进而分析运行效率仍然有待提高的原因,并提出提高福建高校仪器设备运营效率的几点建议。Marx＇s ＂das kapital＂ is a theory of market economy, it is comprehensive, system, scientifically reveals the general principle and the basic law of market economy, fully embodies the ideas of Marx＇s capital operation. At present, in the higher education funds investment is insufficient and low efficient use of assets under the premise of colleges and universities, this article based on the operation situation of Fujian university instrument and equipment, guided by the marxist theory of capital operation, from the run level in Fujian were analyzed the present situation of the instruments and equipment of colleges and universities, and then analyses the reason of efficiency remains to be improved, and put forward the Suggestions to improve the operational efficiency of Fujian university instrument and equipment.
