农林院校研究生就业心理现状调查——以西北农林科技大学为例

摘　　要：研究生招生规模扩大的同时给研究生带来较大就业压力,随之产生的就业心理问题也涌现出来。本文通过问卷的形式对西北农林科技大学636位研究生的就业心理现状进行调查,结果表明农林院校研究生在面临就业时会产生五类就业心理,针对以上出现的五类就业心理现状分别从个人、用人单位、学校、家庭等四个方面进行因素分析并提出相应的解决措施。As graduate enrollment expands, it generates more employment pressure to graduate students, and the resulting employment psychology problems also emerge. Through the questionnaire survey on the employment psychology of 636 postgraduates in Northwest A ＆ F University, the results show that graduate students from agriculture and forestry colleges will have five types of employment psychology when they face employment. At last, according to the above five kinds of employment psychology, the study individual, employing units, schools and families. presents corresponding solutions from four aspects of
