摘　　要：由中华医学会外科分会腹腔镜与内镜学组、中国抗癌协会大肠癌专业委员会腹腔镜外科学组、中国中西医结合大肠肛门病专业委员会、中国医师协会结直肠肿瘤专业委员会、中国医师协会外科医师分会肛肠外科医师委员会、中国医师协会外科医师分会经肛门全直肠系膜切除术专业委员会共同主办,广西中医药大学第一附属医院、《结直肠肛门外科》杂志承办,《中华胃肠外科杂志》协办的＂2018中国—东盟胃肠肛门外科学术峰会＂将于2018年5月10日（周四）至5月13日（周日）在美丽的绿城—广西南宁举行。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and prognosis of nimotuzumab in maintenance treatment of patients with colorectal cancer after radical operation. Methods 66 patients with stage IV colorectal cancer treated in our hospital from January 2011 to June 2012 were enrolled in this study. All patients were given standard first-line chemotherapy for colorectal cancer. After the maximum reduction rate of tumor was obtained, they were assigned to two groups. Group A （n = 34）received maintenance treatment with nimotuzumab and group B （n = 32） did not receive maintenance therapy. Clinical efficacy, prognosis and toxicity were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate and disease control rate were higher in group A than in group B （all P 〈 0.05）. The 3-year disease-free survival rate was significantly higher in group A than in the group B （Log-rank P = 0.032）. The 5- year total survival rate of the group A was significantly higher than that in group B （Log-rank P = 0.049）. There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between group A and group B （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Nimotuzumab is favorable in maintenance treatment of patients with stage IV colorectal cancer after radical operation. It can increase the 3-year disease-free survival rate and 5-year total survival rate without increasing the incidence rate of adverse reactions.
