云南少数民族小学教师总体幸福感与人格关系

摘　　要：目的：研究云南少数民族小学教师的总体幸福感现状、人格特征以及相关关系。方法：首先对总体幸福感量表（GWB）进行修订,并使用由中科院的心理学家张建新教授修订的大五人格问卷（NEO）对云南省438名少数民族小学教师进行正式测试。结果：大五人格测试中,女性外倾性得分显著高于男性（t=-4.820;P〈0.01）;在人格测试得分中,不同教龄小学教师在宜人性（F=3.538;P〈0.001）、道德感两项得分有显著差异（F=5.959;P〈0.001）;总体幸福感与神经质、外倾性均呈现显著性相关（r=0.107~0.295,P〈0.05）;通过回归分析发现,大五人格与＂总体幸福感＂效标变量的多元相关系数为0.339,多元相关系数的平方数为0.159。结论：少数民族小学教师的人格对总体幸福感有重要的影响。Objective：To Study General Well-being and personalities of ethnic minority primary school teachers in Yunnan and their relationship.Methods：Revised General Well-being（GWB）chart and Big Five Questionnaire（NEO）issued by psychologist professor Zhang Jianxin from Chinese Academy of Sciences were used to investigate 438 ethnic minority primary teachers in Yunnan province for a formal test.Results：Female＇s extroversion score was significantly higher than male＇s（t=4.820,P〈0.01）;In the personality test scores,agreeableness（F=3.538,P0.001）,and moral scores had significant differences between different teacher experiences（F=5.959,P 0.001）;general well-being,neuroticism,extroversion had significant correlation（r=0.107~ 0.295,P〈0.05）;The big five personality and ＂general well-being＂ criterion variable multiple correlation coefficient was 0.339,the square of the multiple correlation coefficient was 0.159.Conclusion：Ethnic minority primary school teachers＇ personality has important effect to overall well-being.
