摘　　要：目的：探讨大学生主动性人格、社会支持和自我同一性之间的关系。方法：在西安3所高校选取348名大学生,其中男生164人,女生184人。采用主动性人格量表（PPS）,自我同一性状态问卷（EOM-EIS-2）和社会支持评定量表（SSRS）对其进行调查研究。结果：男生EOM-EIS-2获得、早闭分量表得分高于女生（t=2.73,2.75,P〈0.001）;PPS得分、SSRS得分、EOM-EIS-2获得分量表得分两两正相关（r=0.14~0.54,P〈0.01）;PPS得分正向预测EOM-EIS-2获得、延缓和早闭分量表得分（β=0.45、0.27、0.14）;SSRS得分在PPS得分与EOM-EIS-2获得分量表得分中起调节作用（F=23.93,P〈0.001）。结论：社会支持是主动性人格与自我同一性关系间的调节变量。Objective：To explore the relationships among proactive personality,social support and ego identity in college students.Methods：Proactive Personality Scale（PPS）,Social Support Rating Scale（SSRS）and Extend Objective Measure of Ego Identity Status-2（EOM-EIS-2）were used to survey the sample of 348（164 males,223 females）college students.Results：The EOM-EIS-2 scores of identity achievement subscale and foreclosure subscale were higher in males than females（t=2.73,2.75,P0.001）.The scores of PPS,SSRS and EOM-EIS-2 identity achievement subscale were positively correlated with each other（r=0.14~0.54,P〈0.01）.The scores of PPS positively predicted scores of EOM-EIS-2 identity achievement subscale,moratorium subscale and foreclosure subscale（β=0.45,0.27,0.14）.The scores of SSRS had a moderating effect between scores of PPS and EOMEIS-2 identity achievement subscale（F=23.93,P0.001）.Conclusion：Social support has a moderating role on the relationship between proactive personality and the identity achievement subscale in college students.
