中药溃疡方联合三联疗法治疗Hp阳性消化性溃疡临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药溃疡方联合三联疗法治疗Hp阳性消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法选取我院在2016年5月~2017年9月期间所收治的60例Hp阳性消化性溃疡者作为样本人群,利用抽签法将所有患者均分为研究组与对照组,每组各30例。对照组患者口服西药四联疗法,研究组患者中药溃疡方联合三联疗法,对比分析两组患者经不同治疗后的组间数据。结果研究组患者的食欲减退(0.75±0.21)分、烧心泛酸(0.42±0.33)分、胃脘疼痛(0.21±0.11)分、脘腹胀满(1.45±0.58)分、口苦口臭(1.03±0.06)分、神疲倦怠(0.25±0.19)分、大便稀溏(0.18±0.08)分、hs-CRP(2.07±0.54)mg/m L、PCT(1.19±0.63)ng/m L、临床显效率(90.0%)、Hp复发率(26.67%)、不良反应(16.7%)均优于对照组。结论在Hp阳性消化性溃疡患者的治疗过程中应用中药溃疡方联合三联疗法,可明显提高临床疗效,降低Hp复发率,减少药物不良反应的发生,值得临床上借鉴。Objective To investigate the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine ulcer prescription combined with triple therapy in the treatment of Hp-positive peptic ulcer. Methods 60 patients with Hp-positive gastrointestinal ulcer admitted in our hospital between May 2016 and September 2017 were selected as the sample population. All pa- tients were equally divided into study group and control group by lottery method, with 30 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given oral quadruple Western medicine therapy, and the patients in the study group were giv- en traditional Chinese medicine ulcer prescription combined with triple therapy. The data between two groups after treatment were compared. Results The anorexia （0.75±0.21） points, pantotbenicacid and heartburn （0.42±0.33） points, stomach pain （0.21±0.11） points, belly fullness （1.45±0.58） points, bitter mouth and bad breath （1.03±0.06） points, fa- tigue （0.25±0.19） points, loose stool （0.18±0.08） points, hs-CRP （2.07±0.54） mg/mL, PCT （1.19±0.63） ng/mL, clinical effective rate （90.0%）,Hp recurrence rate（26.67%）and adverse reactions rate （16.7%） in the study group were better than those of the control group. Conclusion The application of Chinese medicine ulcer prescription combined with triple therapy in the treatment of patients with Hp-positive peptic ulcer can significantly improve the clinical curative effect, reduce the recurrence rate of Hp and the occurrence of adverse drug reactions, which deserves clinical reference.
