摘 要:以创新自我效能感为中介变量,创新氛围为调节变量,分析并验证了大五人格特质对员工创造力的影响机制。结果显示:外倾性、宜人性、责任感、开放性对员工创造力有正向影响,神经质对员工创造力有负向影响;创新自我效能感在外倾性、开放性、神经质和员工创造力之间起中介作用,外倾性、开放性对创新自我效能感有正向影响,神经质对创新自我效能感有负向影响;创新氛围正向调节创新自我效能感和员工创造力之间的作用。This paper analyzes and tests the influence mechanism between personality trait and employee creative based on introducing creative self-efficacy as the mediation variable and innovation climate as the moderating variable. Results show that, extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness and openness have a significant impact on the employee creativity, while neuroticism has a negative impact on the employee creativity. Creative self-efficacy plays a mediating role in extraver- sion, openness, neuroticism and employee creativity. Extroversion and openness have positive effects on the creative self-ef- ficacy, while neuroticism has a negative impact on the creative self-efficacy. The innovation climate positively moderates the effect of creative self-efficacy on employee creative.
