摘  要:利用活性白土为脱色剂,采用搅拌加热的方式,对地沟油进行了脱色研究。活性白土对地沟油的最佳脱色条件:控制搅拌温度在60~120℃的范围内,每隔10 min分3次把相当于油脂质量10%的活性白土均匀加入油样中,并控制搅拌速率为500 r/min。在最佳脱色条件下,对4种常见的地沟油进行了脱色操作,脱色后的油脂接近无色,其脱色率最高为95.33%。Used activated clay as decolorant, waste cooking oil was decolorizated by the way of stirring and heating. The optimized conditions for decolorizing waste cooking oil were as follows: the temperature should be controlled at the range of 60-120 ℃, the activated clay, which quantity was equal to 10% quantity of oil, was mixed into oils by three steps every 10 min. The stirring rate was controlled at 500r/min. The 4 waste cooking oils were practiced to decolorize under the optimum conditions, and the decolorizing effect was good. Those decolorized oil were almost colorless, and the decolorization rate was high to 95.33%.
