摘　　要：习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的人民性特质具有广泛的理论渊源和实践基础。马克思主义唯物史观关于人民群众创造历史的原理和中国传统文化的"民本至上"思想为其提供了理论渊源和实践基础。中国共产党在长期革命、建设和中国特色社会主义实践中所形成的"以人民为中心"的理念为其夯实了实践基础。党的十九大报告对人民美好生活诉求的表述体现了中国共产党的为民情怀,也体现了新时代人民主体性的价值意蕴。人民群众对美好生活需要的多样化、多层次、多方面的特点,需要中国共产党在各个方面做好"制度设计""制度衔接""制度保障",切实保障人民的主体性。在实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦的历史征程中要切实保障人民群众的主体地位,落实好人民群众切身利益,将习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的人民性特质做实、做细。The peculiarity of affinity to the people of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for the new era has extensive theoretical sources and practice foundation.The principle of people's creating history in Marxist historical materialism and"supreme people-orientation"in traditional Chinese culture provide it with theoretical and practice foundation,which has been enhanced by the notion of"people-centeredness"formed in the practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the long-term revolution and construction by the Communist Party of China(CPC).The appeal to a better life of the people expressed in the report of The 19 th National Congress of the CPC embodies the feelings of the CPC for the people,and also reflects the value connotation of People's subjectivity in the new era.The diversity,multilevel and multifaceted characteristic of people's needs for a better life requires the CPC to complete "institution design","institution link-up"and "institution assurance"to guarantee in practice the subjectivity of the people.In the historical journey of realizing the China dream of the great national rejuvenation,the principal status of the people must be effectively guaranteed and the vital interests of the people must be put in practice,to make concrete and meticulous the peculiarity of affinity to the people of Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for the new era.
