摘　　要：系统功能路径的翻译研究主要聚焦于"对等和转换"的参数模型。本文根据系统功能语言学近年来的新发展——实现化、实例化与个体化三个互补层级关系,提出系统功能视阈下的三维翻译视角,从语言系统、语言使用和语言使用者三个层面提供一种更为全面的"系统功能—翻译研究"模式。文章认为系统功能视阈下的翻译活动是经由两语言系统(源语和目标语)具体语言使用(源文本和目标文本)的语言使用者(作者、译者和读者)之间的意义协商。翻译过程是语际再实例化过程,实现化和个体化是翻译过程中的两个重要影响因素。文章并以《道德经》英译为例,详细阐释并验证了三维翻译视角的可适用性。Systemic functional approach to translation studies has mainly focused on parameters of translation equivalence and translation shift. Based on the recently new developments in systemic functional linguistics—three complimentary hierarchies of realization,instantiation and individuation,this article proposes a three dimensional perspective of translation,so as to provide a more comprehensive systemic functional approach to translation studies from language system,language use and language user. We regard translation activities under systemic functional linguistics as a negotiation process of meaning between language users（ i. e.,author,translator,reader） via specific language use（ i. e.,source language text and target language text） of two language systems（ i. e.,source language and target language）. Translation process is an inter-lingual re-instantiation process,where realization and individuation are two indispensable factors. In order to illustrate this,we take English translations of Daodejing as a case study.
