摘　　要：战略视角解释创业现象是创业研究的重要方向,计划模式和应急模式是两种关键的战略形成模式,对企业绩效的影响尚未形成一致结论。以新企业为研究对象,探讨它们的作用机理;并且借鉴生命周期理论进一步深入剖析不同阶段它们对新企业绩效的影响效果。通过对394份有效问卷实证分析发现:计划模式、应急模式以及它们间的交互作用对新企业绩效都有显著的积极影响;但是,在不同发展阶段它们的作用效果存在差异。More and more scholars explain entrepreneurship phenomenon based on strategic perspective. Planning mode and emergent mode are critical constitutions of strategy formation, their effect on venture performance have no unified conclusion so far. This paper explores the role mechanism of them based on new ventures; and ana- lyzes their different effect on new ventures based on life cycle theory. Using an empirical analysis of 394 valid questionnaires collected from 197 new ventures, the empirical results as follows： Planning mode, emergent mode and the interaction have positive effect on new venture performance; Developmental stage has effect on the rela- tionship between strategy formation and new venture performance.
