创业导向、社会网络与知识资源获取的关系研究——基于信号理论视角

摘　　要：基于信号理论和资源基础理论,探讨创业导向与知识资源获取之间的关系,并关注创业者社会网络(个人网络/商业网络)对二者关系的调节效应。结果发现:创业导向与知识资源获取之间存在倒U型非线性关系;个人网络强化倒U型关系,而商业网络弱化倒U型关系。结果表明:中等程度的创业导向准确传递出创业企业的行为意图,改善资源所有者对其的认知,更有利于创业企业知识资源获取;同时,随着我国转型深入,创业企业要认清社会网络从资源给予者向发展辅助者的转变,通过与不同社会网络的互动,提高自身能力,吸引更多资源所有者,获取所需知识资源。Based on signaling theory and resource-based theory, this study explores the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on knowledge resource acquisition; and social network （individual network/business network） moderates this relationship. The results find that entrepreneurial orientation has an inverted U-shaped relationship with knowledge resource acquisition, individual network strengthened the inverted U-shaped relationship, and business network weakens the inverted U-shaped relationship. The results show that the moderate level of entrepreneurial orientation accurately convey new ventures behavioral intention, improve the resource owner on the cognition, more conducive to new ventures knowledge resources acquisition. With the deepening of China＇s transformation, new ventures should transforms the social network resources from giver to developing as facilitator, through in- teraction with different social network, improve their ability to attract more resource owners, to obtain the required knowledge resources
