摘　　要：目的通过分析我校929名汉族学生的皮纹信息,从而客观反映陕西地区汉族青年的皮纹分布特征,为人类遗传学数据库补充资料。方法统计西安医学院2013级来自陕西省各个县市的929名汉族学生的皮纹信息,得出各类指纹的出现率,不同性别、手别中指纹的分布差异、指嵴纹计数差异以及atd角大小差异。结果指纹类型出现的频率,斗形纹>箕形纹>弓形纹。两性各类指纹除弓形纹外,出现率均有显著差异,斗形纹在左右手出现率有显著差异。指嵴纹计数,拇指>环指>中指>食指>小指。指嵴纹总数,男性>女性,左右手无显著差异。atd角,性别和手别均无显著差异。结论本结果与其他地区汉族人群既有共性,又有个性,反映出皮纹分布具有种族、地域差异性。Objective：To investigate the patterns and characteristics of the dermatoglyphic of the Han nationality in Shaanxi province,by analyzing the dermatoglyphic of 929 Han students in our school,and this study supplements the Human Genetics Database. Methods：Statistically analyze of the dermatoglyphic of 929 Han students of Xi′an Medical College,who are coming from Shaanxi province. And then obtain the frequency of fingerprint patterns,and the distribution difference of the finger ridge count and the atd angle in different sexes and hands. Results：The frequency of fingerprint patterns is whorlloo Parch. There is significant difference between men and women for fingerprint patterns,but not for arch. There is significant difference between right and left hands for whorl. The characteristics of finger ridge count is thumbring fingermiddle fingerindex fingerlittle finger. The characteristics of total finger ridge count is men women,and there is no significant difference between right and left hands. There is no significant difference in different sexes and hands for the atd angle. Conclusion：The results of the Han population in Shaanxi and other areas have both common and personality,implicating that the distribution of the dermatoglyphic shows racial and regional differences.
