摘　　要：对某年产46万吨乙烯装置3套压缩机机组控制系统进行改造,改造基于Tricon三冗余硬件平台和专业软件包,以实现机组的相关控制和保护功能。主要阐述乙烯三机控制系统的配置,三机调速、抽汽解耦控制回路功能再优化的实现。The control system for three sets of compressors in a 460 kt/a ethylene plant was technically innovated and the control system＇s configuration,compressor＇s speed regulation and re-optimization of extraction and decoupling loops＇ control functions were expounded.In which,having three redundant Tricon hardware platform and professional software package based to realize both control and protective functions.
