“一带一路”建设与中国企业管理国际化——中国企业管理研究会2017年会学术观点综述  

The Construction of “The Belt and Road”and Internationalization of Chinese Enterprise Management——A Summary for 2017 Annual Conference of Chinese Enterprise Management Research Association

摘　　要：中国企业管理研究会2017年年会以"一带一路"与中国企业管理国际化为主题,与会学者围绕"一带一路"与企业"走出去"、"一带一路"背景下的企业改革创新、"一带一路"背景下的企业管理变革等问题展开了深入的交流与研讨。本文对会议形成的重要学术观点进行了综述,包括中国企业管理国际化的理论与实践、中国企业管理国际化进程中的企业改革与创新、中国企业管理国际化进程中的管理变革等内容。具体的学术观点包括:(1)中国企业管理研究应按照体现"继承性、民族性、原创性、时代性、系统性、专业性"的要求,在不断创新中加快构建中国特色的企业管理科学,形成具有中国特色、中国风格、中国气派的管理理论模式和完善的学科体系,加强中国企业管理国际化研究;(2)"一带一路"推动了中国企业向国际化方向发展,在国际化经营背景下,企业不仅要适应外部环境调整战略,还要修炼内功,通过管理变革和创新来提高国际化管理水平,切实履行社会责任,增强企业国际竞争力;(3)中国企业要抓住"一带一路"建设的历史机遇,成为"一带一路"建设的主力军,加快从低阶国际化向高阶国际化的转变,将企业管理国际化置于更加突出和重要的位置,学者们要关注中国企业管理国际化过程中的管理实践和成功经验的总结;(4)在"一带一路"助推的国际化经营过程中,中国企业在企业体制、发展模式、产业战略、技术路径、商业模式等方面的每一个改革和创新都蕴涵着无限的机遇,中国企业应积极开展企业改革、发展创新、技术创新等改革创新;(5)中国企业"走出去"既需要积极推进交通、工业园区等显性基础设施建设,使"一带一路"项目"软着陆",实现与当地社会、文化、法治的良性融合,也需要有强烈的风险防范意识,重视合作机制、规章制度等隐性基础设施建设,提高海外经�2017 Annual Conference of Chinese Enterprise Management Research Association takes ＂The Belt and Road＂and internationalization of Chinese enterprise management as the theme,participating scholars fully shared academic points of view about many topics including＂The Belt and Road＂strategy and enterprises ＂going global ＂,＂The Belt and Road＂under the background of reform and innovation,＂The Belt and Road＂under the background of the management reform and so on,these issues have been carried out in an in-depth exchanges and discussions. This paper reviews some important academic perspectives formed by this conference,including the theory and practice of internationalization of Chinese enterprise management,the reform and innovation of enterprises in the process of internationalization of Chinese enterprise management,the management reform in the process of internationalization of Chinese enterprise management. Specific academic perspectives include：Firstly,in accordance with the requirements of embodying ＂ inheritance,nationality,originality,modernity,systematization and professionalism ＂,researches on Chinese enterprise management should be accelerated to construct enterprise management science with Chinese characteristics through continuous innovation,and form new enterprise management theory models and perfect system of disciplines with Chinese characteristics,Chinese style,and Chinese imposing manners,strengthen research on the internationalization of Chinese enterprise management.Secondly,＂The Belt and Road＂promote the development of Chinese enterprises in the international direction. In the context of international operation,Chinese enterprises not only need to adjust the strategy according to the external environment,but also need to do exercises to benefit the internal organs,improve the international management level,earnestly fulfill their social responsibility and enhance the international competitiveness of enterprises through the management of change and innovation.Thirdly,if
