摘　　要：任何民族都不可能长久丑化和攻讦为本民族做出重大贡献的历史人物。最近,俄罗斯民众和普京总统对斯大林有了新的认识,俄罗斯认识到过去有妖魔化斯大林的存在,提出要理性评价斯大林的一些错误,要重新认识到斯大林时期取得的伟大成就的意义。这些变化必将对俄罗斯社会发展进程产生重大影响。It is impossible for any nation to scandalize and attack its historical personages for long who have made great contributions to the nation.With new understanding of Stalin,the Russian people and President Putin have realized that Stalin was demonized in the past,and proposed that some mistakes made by Stalin should be rationally evaluated and the significance of the great achievements made during the Stalin era be reassessed.Such a change is sure to have great impact on the process of social development in Russia.
