以顽固性咽喉症状为主要表现的胃食管反流性疾病的诊断与治疗方法

摘　　要：目的探讨分析以顽固性咽喉症状为主要表现的胃食管反流性疾病(gastroesophageal reflux disease,GERD)的诊断与治疗方法。方法选取我科2015年1月~2017年6月收治的100例以顽固性咽喉症状为主要表现的GERD患者纳入研究。根据收治时间先后次序分为对照组与研究组,各50例。对照组采用常规清热解毒咽喉炎药物治疗,研究组应用常规清热解毒咽喉炎药物联合抑制胃酸药物及促动力药物治疗。观察比较两组临床治疗效果及治疗前后的咽部症状评分。结果接受治疗前两组患者的咽部症状评分比较均无差异(P>0.05);经不同治疗方法治疗后,两组患者较治疗前均有改善,而且研究组改善幅度更显著(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床应结合以顽固性咽喉症状为主要表现的GERD患者相关临床表现,先诊断及治疗GERD,再对症治疗咽喉炎。Objective To investigate the analysis of resistant throat symptoms as the main performance of the diagnosis and treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease （GERD） . Methods Select 100 cases treated with in- tractable throat symptoms as the main performance of GERD research; According to the time sequence were grouped, divided into control group and research group, 50 cases; Giving the control group using conventional qingrejiedu strep throat drug therapy, combined with the research team used conventional qingrejiedu strep throat drug inhibiting gastric acid drugs and promote dynamic drug treatment; Compare two groups of clinical treatment effect and pharyngeal symptom scores before and after treatment. Results Two groups of patients before treatment of pharyngeal symptom scores was no difference （P〉0.05）; After treatment with different treatment, two groups of patients before treatment were improved, and the team has improved more significantly （P〈0.05） ; Treatment group total effectiveness is better than the control group （P〈0.05） . Conclusion Clinical should be combined with intractable throat symptoms as the main performance of GERD related to clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of GERD, and symptomatic treatment strep throat.
