摘　　要：NBA的薪资制度主要包括球队薪资的管理体系和球员薪资的管理体系。NBA对球队的薪资管理设置了一系列制度,其中工资帽与奢侈税是对球队总薪资上线进行限制,以避免NBA中将球星都聚集在一支球队导致NBA球队实力差距过大现象的出现。球队总薪资底线是用来避免球队老板不作为从而导致比赛失去悬念现象的产生。在对球员薪资管理方面,NBA不仅对球员的薪资有着严格的控制,球员合同签约金额有着非常明确的规定,而且对薪资的涨幅也有着非常严格的限制。完善的薪资体系是NBA取得巨大成功必不可少的因素。NBA salary system main include the management system of the team salary and management of team member salary.NBA has set up a series of system.The salary cap and luxury tax limit the total salary of the teams so as to avoid over-concentration of football stars in one team.The bottom line of the total salary of the team is to prevent the boss from malfunction.In terms of salary of football athletes,NBA has strict restriction on member＇s salary.The salary in the contract is very clear and there is strict restriction on the salary increase.Sound salary system is an indispensable factor of the NBA success.
