摘 要:采用模糊聚类的方法对四种不同色系色纺纱针织物的表面色彩进行了测试和分析,结果表明:在色彩构成上,当色棉混纺比例较低时,色纺纱针织物可以看作由一定比例的本色纤维和不同比例深浅不同的有色纤维混合所得;当色棉混纺比例逐渐提高后,色纺纱针织物可以看作全部是由不同比例深浅不同的有色纤维混合所得。在色纺纱针织物表面存在色彩不匀的情况,在色棉混纺比例较低时,样品表面的色差主要来源于各色彩单元的L*差异,即明度值;当色棉混纺比例逐渐提高,样品表面的色差主要来源于各色彩单元的a*和b*值的差异。The surface color of four kinds of different color spun yam knitted fabric has been tested and analyzed by fuzzy clustering method. The results show that the color spun yam knitted fabric can be regarded as a certain percentage of the natural color fibers mixed with different proportions and different depth of colored fibers when color cotton blend ratio is lower in the color composition. When the color cotton blend ratio is gradually increasing, color spun yarn knitted fabric can be considered as obtaining totally by the mixture of different proportions and different depth of colored fibers. Uneven color exists on the surface of color spun yarn knitted fabric. When the color cotton blend ratio is lower, the color difference of the sample surface mainly comes from the L* difference of each color unit. When the colored cotton blend ratio is gradually in- creasing, the color difference of the sample surface mainly comes from the difference of a* and b* value of each color unit.
